Hello, I'm Olga, a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness.

​

My journey toward becoming a Holistic Health Coach and Certified Holistic Nutritionist has been shaped by a deep connection with food, exercise, nature, and spirituality. From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by these aspects of life, but like many, I initially pursued a different path, majoring in Business during my university years. At that time, I believed I was aligned with my true self, but it wasn’t until later, after significant self-discovery and personal growth, that I realized my true purpose was in promoting healthy living.

This realization led me to the world of holistic health, where I found my calling. As a mother of three, I understand the importance of a balanced and healthy lifestyle—without it, family life can become overwhelming. My experiences as a Capoeira teacher and yoga student also taught me that a holistic approach is essential to performing at my best. That’s why I became an Integrative Health Coach—to share my passion and knowledge with others.

One area I’ve chosen to specialize in is the prevention of dementia, a focus deeply personal to me due to my family history. My grandmother passed away from Alzheimer’s, a heartbreaking experience that left a lasting impact on me as I watched her slowly lose her sense of self. More recently, in 2023, my father was diagnosed with early-stage dementia. This diagnosis prompted me to study the patterns, delve into our family history, and identify the early signs. Through dedicated care, my father’s condition has stabilized, and his doctors are surprised by his progress—a testament to the power of holistic care and preventive strategies.

As we embark on this journey together, I’m here to help you unlock your full potential, guiding you toward a healthier, more balanced, and purpose-driven life. We will explore the beautiful synergy between food, exercise, nature, spirituality, and your unique path to wellness. Whether you’re looking to improve your nutrition, manage stress, or develop a sustainable exercise routine, I offer personalized support that aligns with your goals and values.

The holistic Health  Group Coaching

 

Our Integrative Health Group Coaching is designed to educate and empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being. Through 10 interactive sessions, you learn about the benefits of a whole plant-based diet, exercise, sleep, supplements, herbs and how emotions influence your hormones. 

Each session takes 1h30min long.

Group coaching, with its inherent community component, possesses a unique motivational power. The shared experiences, common goals, and mutual support within the group create a dynamic environment that fuels motivation.
